What to Expect
Turnaround Time: Our standard turnaround is typically [6–8 weeks]. During peak rifle season, this may extend slightly to ensure every mount receives our full attention.
Drop-Off Requirements: We accept fresh or frozen specimens. All items must be properly tagged according to state regulations.
Deposit: A 50% deposit is required at the time of drop-off to begin work on your project.

Terms & Conditions of Service
1. Deposit & Payment
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required before any work begins on a specimen.
The remaining balance is due in full at the time of pickup. No trophies will be released from the shop until the final payment is cleared.
2. Legal Compliance
The customer certifies that all wildlife specimens submitted were harvested and tagged in accordance with local, state, and federal game laws.
A valid tag or confirmation number must be provided at drop-off for every specimen.
3. Abandonment Policy
Customers will be notified via [Phone/Email/Text] when their mount is complete.
Completed mounts must be picked up within 30 days of notification.
Items left beyond 30 days will be subject to a $[5.00] daily storage fee.
Any mount not claimed or paid for within 90 days will be considered abandoned and becomes the property of Bonehead European Deer Mounts to be sold or disposed of to recover costs.
4. Liability Waiver
While we treat every specimen with the utmost care, we are not responsible for damage due to fire, theft, flood, or inherent defects in the specimen (such as hair slippage or bone rot prior to drop-off).
By submitting a specimen, the customer agrees to the processing methods used by this shop and releases Bonehead European Deer Mounts from liability for any unforeseen loss.
